COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

To ensure your safety, we are operating on a By Appointment Only basis.  

CLEANING

  • Regular sanitization and disinfection of high-touch areas, such as door handles/knobs, communal table, iPads, etc.

  • Daily deep cleaning of restrooms and disinfection after each use.

  • After every guest, treatment chairs, service station, sanitization station, and all operating supplies and equipment are sanitized and disinfected with EPA approved disinfectant per government regulations.

 APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL

  • Guests will be required to complete the intake form.  A link to the form will be emailed to you upon scheduling your appointment.

  • Temperatures for all guests will be taken prior to entering Bella Day Spa.

  • Late arrivals may require a reschedule, as we do not have a late arrival window.

CHILDREN

  • In accordance with COVID-19 protocols, and for liability reasons, unless receiving a service or remain in an infant car seat carrier, children are not permitted in the spa.

  • Only the client receiving the service is permitted in the service room.  Minors receiving a service may be accompanied by an adult.

 PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

  • Estheticians will wear a mask, and face shield.  

  • New, disposable nitrile gloves will be worn for each new guest.

  • Guests are required to wear a face mask before and after their service. 

  • The mask can only be removed during the actual service.  If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one.

These terms and conditions will apply to all sales and promotions advertised by Bella Day Spa. 

 

PROMOTIONS

  • Promotions can not be used in conjunction with any other offers

  • Promotions apply only to full priced treatments.

  • Promotions are not refundable or transferable between clients.

  • Packages are not able to be split between clients.

  • Treatment packages are not able to be altered.

  • Promotional pricing will only apply to new bookings made and paid for during the promotion period.

  • Promotional pricing will not apply to bookings already made.

  • Promotions are for a limited time and are subject to availability.  Bella Day Spa may end a promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Bella Day Spa has the right to refuse treatment of any client in circumstances where it is deemed the treatment to be unsuitable.

 

TREATMENT PACKAGES 

  • 60 days without scheduling or attending appointments after the 1st session date will result in termination of the package. NO REFUND!

  • You must purchase your package in full, up front.  We cannot give you our discounted package pricing if you want to pay per session.

  • Package pricing is non-refundable/non-transferable and will expire 60 days after the first session.  So please make sure to read all policies PRIOR to purchasing a package or booking an appointment.

  • For optimal results, it’s best to do each session at a minimum 72 hours apart, Maximum 1 week apart.  If you wait longer than 1 week between each session, you will not have the best results.  Consistency is Key!

  • Results from treatments may take up to 3-4 sessions to show results, and results will vary from client to client.  

 

REFUND, CANCELLATION AND APPOINTMENT POLICY

All clients will be required to complete a consent form prior to their first appointment.  Any changes to your circumstances, either your personal details or medical history must be advised to Bella Day Spa prior to any appointment.  It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all medical issues to Bella Day Spa.  Bella Day Spa cannot be held liable for any unknown or undisclosed medical issues.  To ensure you get your full treatment we require you to arrive on-time to your appointment.  If you are late, we may not be able to provide your full treatment.  Any adjustment made to your treatment time due to late arrival will result in you being charged for the full appointment.  In the event we are unable to perform your treatment due to late arrival you will be required to pay for the full treatment.  In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.  Bella Day Spa does not provide refunds for products or services as a result of a change of mind.  We require a minimum of a 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellation.  If the appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice prior to your appointment day, in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.  A rescheduled appoint of non-prepaid service will result in the cancellation fee as annotated on our booking site.
