IMPORTANT
REFUND, CANCELLATION AND APPOINTMENT POLICY
Bella Day Spa does not provide refunds for products or services as a result of a change of mind. We require a minimum of a 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellation. If the appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice prior to your appointment day, in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment may be forfeited. A rescheduled appoint of non-prepaid service will result in the cancellation fee as annotated on our booking site.
TREATMENT PACKAGES
-90 days without scheduling or attending appointments after the 1st session date will result in termination of the package. NO REFUND! -You must purchase your package in full, up front. We cannot give you our discounted package pricing if you want to pay per session. -Package pricing is non-refundable/non-transferable and will expire 90 days after the first facial or body sessions. So please make sure to read all policies PRIOR to purchasing a package or booking an appointment.
