Things to Know Before Waxing
When you make an appointment for a body waxing service, please make sure you have a quarter inch of growth or generally speaking 2-3 weeks of growth by date of the appointment. This will ensure a successful service. One or two days before the scheduled appointment, you should exfoliate the area that is to be waxed. The day of the appointment, you should avoid using a moisturizer and avoid exercise. Be sure not to tan 24-48 hours before waxing-as it increases sensitivity. If you are using Accutane, Retin-A, Differin, Renova, blood thinners, alpha hydroxy products or have high anti-biotic use, you may not be a good candidate for a waxing service. Certain physical conditions such as diabetes, pregnancy and a pre-disposition to cold sores may also cause heightened sensitivity.

REFUND, CANCELLATION AND APPOINTMENT POLICY
Bella Day Spa does not provide refunds for products or services as a result of a change of mind. We require a minimum of a 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellation. If the appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice prior to your appointment day, in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment may be forfeited. A rescheduled appoint of non-prepaid service will result in the cancellation fee as annotated on our booking site.
TREATMENT PACKAGES
-90 days without scheduling or attending appointments after the 1st session date will result in termination of the package. NO REFUND!
-You must purchase your package in full, up front. We cannot give you our discounted package pricing if you want to pay per session.
-Package pricing is non-refundable/non-transferable and will expire 90 days after the first facial or body sessions. So please make sure to read all policies PRIOR to purchasing a package or booking an appointment.
