Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy​

• A credit card is required to book an appointment. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

• 24 hours’ notice or more: Cancel or reschedule without a fee.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: Please contact us as soon as possible. You will receive a courtesy reminder of our cancellation policy; no late-cancellation fee will apply.

• No-shows: Missing your appointment without notifying us will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price. Any payment already made toward that appointment will be deducted from this charge.
  
  By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize Bella Day Spa to charge the card provided at booking for applicable no-show fees.

TREATMENT PACKAGES 

-90 days without scheduling or attending appointments after the 1st session date will result in termination of the package. NO REFUND!
-You must purchase your package in full, up front.  We cannot give you our discounted package pricing if you want to pay per session.
-Package pricing is non-refundable/non-transferable and will expire 90 days after the first facial or body sessions.  So please make sure to read all policies PRIOR to purchasing a package or booking an appointment.
